The 0°C to 75°C temperature range covers commercial indoor equipment — think industrial controllers, test fixtures, or legacy telecom line cards that still run on 5 V rails.
Package and board-fit — 24-pin DIP
The 10 ns tpd means registered outputs toggle at up to 100 MHz internally, but the I/O pins drive standard TTL/CMOS loads — the speed grade is adequate for most glue-logic applications without signal-integrity headaches.
