Logic density and I/O planning
The ICE40HX1K-CB132 packs 1280 logic elements (160 LABs/CLBs) and 65536 total RAM bits — enough for glue logic, sensor fusion, or a small soft-core processor in a low-power edge design. 95 user I/O are brought out to the 132-ball CSBGA (8x8 mm) package. The 1.14 V to 1.26 V core supply means the FPGA sits on a single 1.2 V rail, simplifying the power tree.
Temperature grade and deployment
The 132-CSBGA (8x8) package is a fine-pitch BGA; the 0.5 mm ball pitch requires a 4-layer PCB with filled vias for fan-out. The nominal supply is 1.2 V ± 0.06 V — stay inside that window for reliable timing closure.
ROHS3 compliant, so it ships into EU and RoHS-restricted markets without exemption paperwork. No stock-holding claim — each RFQ is handled on the BOM quantity.
