10V reference for precision analog rails
The REF01CSZ-REEL7 is a 10V fixed-output series voltage reference from the REF01 family, delivering 8 mA output current with ±1% initial tolerance and 65ppm/°C temperature drift. The 30µVp-p low-frequency noise (0.1 Hz to 10 Hz) makes it a solid choice for ADC/DAC reference or precision regulator bias — the noise floor stays below the LSB of a 16-bit converter on a 10V span. Input range spans 13V to 33V, so it works from a 15V or 24V rail with headroom to spare. The -40°C to 85°C operating range covers industrial control cabinets and automotive cabin environments — no derating needed for a warm panel.
Package and field-fit
Housed in an 8-SOIC (0.154", 3.90 mm width) surface-mount package, the REF01CSZ-REEL7 uses a standard footprint that any rework station or soldering iron can handle — no hot-air station required if you have a fine tip and steady hands. The Tape & Reel (or Cut Tape) option suits both prototyping and production pick-and-place. Supply current is 1.6 mA typical, so the reference's own draw is negligible in most systems — it won't heat up the board or steal budget from the load.
