10V reference for precision analog chains
The REF01HQ is a 10V series voltage reference from Analog Devices' REF01 family, designed to provide a stable, low-noise rail for ADCs, DACs, and sensor signal chains that demand better than 0.5% initial accuracy.
Hermetic CERDIP package and board integration
Housed in an 8-pin CERDIP (0.300-inch wide, 7.62 mm body), the REF01HQ uses a hermetic ceramic-and-glass seal rather than a molded plastic package — this eliminates moisture ingress as a long-term drift mechanism, which matters for calibration-grade instruments, avionics, or any board that sees thermal cycling in humid environments. The through-hole mounting (8-CDIP) requires a drilled PCB with 0.100-inch pitch holes — no reflow profile needed, but the assembly step is manual or wave-solder. The supplier device package is listed as 8-CERDIP, which is the same physical footprint as the standard 8-pin DIP but with a ceramic body and a metal lid seal. Input voltage range is 12V to 36V, so it runs cleanly from a 24V industrial supply or a 15V regulated rail with plenty of dropout margin. The 1.4 mA quiescent current is the supply draw before any load; the output can source up to 10 mA, enough to bias a reference buffer or drive the reference input of several successive-approximation ADCs without an external op-amp.
This is a current-production part available through authorized distribution and independent channels alike. No stock-holding claim — each RFQ is priced and lead-timed against the real market.
