Housed in a 28-UFQFN Exposed Pad package (5x5 mm body per the supplier device package 28-UQFN), the LMH6526SP/NOPB requires a surface-mount assembly process. The 33 mA supply current is the total draw for all four channels, so the upstream regulator should be sized for at least 50 mA to cover startup transients.
