Rated for -30°C to 85°C ambient, the operating range covers consumer and industrial indoor environments but stops short of automotive under-hood or extended industrial high-temp zones. Internal switches are integrated — no external MOSFETs or diodes needed for the charge pump stage, which simplifies the BOM for a small form-factor backlight driver.
