Bus switch for 5V signal routing

The QS3126QG8 is a Renesas bus switch configured as 1 x 1:1 with four independent circuits, each acting as a low-impedance pass gate for digital signals on a 4.75V to 5.25V rail.

Single-supply operation from 4.75V to 5.25V means the switch passes signals rail-to-rail within that range; it is not a level shifter for 3.3V or 1.8V domains without external translation.

Supplied in a 16-SSOP (0.154-inch, 3.90mm width) body, the device is also designated as 16-QSOP — a common footprint for bus switches in this pin count.
