5000Vrms isolation with 50kV/µs transient immunity
Rated for 5000Vrms isolation — enough for reinforced insulation in mains-connected gate drive circuits, motor drives, and industrial power supplies. Common-mode transient immunity of 50kV/µs minimum keeps the output from glitching when the IGBT or SiC FET switches at high dv/dt — a real concern in fast-switching power stages. 600mA peak output current drives the gate charge of medium-power IGBTs and MOSFETs directly, without an external buffer in many cases.
150ns propagation delay, -40 to 125°C range
Propagation delay is 150ns max for both tPLH and tPHL, with pulse-width distortion capped at 50ns — tight enough for 20-100 kHz switching loops where dead-time matching matters.
