Triple 4:1 mux-amp for high-speed video routing
The Renesas ISL59446IRZ-T7 is a triple 4:1 multiplexer-amplifier — three independent video mux-amp channels in one 32-QFN package. Each channel selects one of four inputs and drives the output with a 1600 V/µs slew rate and 620 MHz -3 dB bandwidth, enough to pass high-definition component video (RGB or YPbPr) without visible slew-rate limiting or roll-off. The 135 mA per-channel output current lets each amplifier drive a 75 Ω cable directly, eliminating external line drivers. Supply current is 44 mA total for all three channels, keeping the thermal budget manageable in the 32-VFQFN exposed-pad package.
Package and mounting — 32-QFN with exposed pad
Surface-mount in a 32-VFQFN exposed-pad package (supplier device package 32-QFN, 5x6 mm). Cut Tape is also available for prototype quantities.
Active lifecycle — no end-of-life concern
The part remains suitable for both new design-ins and ongoing production — no urgency to qualify a second source for lifecycle reasons.
