The FS2012-1100-NG: The male 0.232" (5.90 mm) port accepts standard 1/4" OD tubing fittings — verify the fitting's barb or push-to-connect ID matches 5.90 mm, not 6.35 mm (1/4" nominal), to avoid a loose seal. The 5 V input rail should be clean — a linear regulator feeding the sensor keeps the measurement stable; switching supply ripple above 50 mVpp can alias into the flow reading at low flow rates. Packaged in tray format, not tape-and-reel — plan for manual or tray-fed pick-and-place handling; the tray's anti-static properties should be verified for the production floor's ESD protocol.
