The AT45DB321E-MWHF-T is a 32 Mbit serial flash memory that communicates over an SPI interface at up to 85 MHz. It is organized as 8192 pages of 528 bytes each.
Industrial temperature and write endurance
The page write time is 4 ms typical, and the byte/word write is 8 µs — fast enough for over-the-air firmware updates if you buffer the page in SRAM first. For data-logging applications, the 32 Mbit capacity stores roughly 4 MB of sensor records; with the 528-byte page size you can log 8192 entries before needing to erase a sector.
