Page size note — 264 vs 256 bytes
This chip uses 264-byte pages, not the 256-byte pages found in the AT45DB021E-SHN2B-T variant. If your firmware's SPI driver assumes 256-byte boundaries (common in generic SPI Flash libraries), you will need to adjust the page-write routine. The extra 8 bytes per page are available as a scratchpad or ECC area if the controller supports it.
