Synchronous SRAM for 32-bit bus systems
The 71V632S7PFG is a 2Mbit synchronous SRAM from Renesas, organized as 64K x 32 bits — the 32-bit wide word matches many processor and DSP data buses directly, reducing the need for external byte-lane muxing or glue logic on the board. Rated for a 66 MHz clock frequency with a 7 ns access time, this part keeps the memory pipeline fed without wait states in most 66 MHz bus designs. The supply voltage range of 3.135 V to 3.63 V lets it run from a standard 3.3 V rail with margin for ripple and regulation tolerance.
Housed in a 100-lead TQFP (14x14 mm body), the package is a surface-mount LQFP variant suitable for reflow assembly.
