The Renesas 5X1503L-000NLGI8 is a programmable clock generator built around an integrated PLL. It takes a reference from a crystal or a clock input and delivers up to three LVCMOS outputs at frequencies up to 100 MHz, with a 1:3 input-to-output ratio. The part runs from a 1.71 V to 1.89 V supply and is specified over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, making it suitable for outdoor telecom, factory automation, and other environments where the board sees thermal cycling.
