The LFX200EB-03F516I integrates 210000 gates across 676 configurable logic blocks (CLBs), placing it in the mid-density range of the ispXPGA family. The 113664 bits of on-chip block RAM support FIFO buffers, register files, or small look-up tables without external SRAM.
