MAX 10 – instant-on FPGA with internal configuration flash
The Intel 10M16DAU324I7P is a MAX 10 series FPGA with 16000 logic elements and 562176 total RAM bits. Its key differentiator is instant-on operation: the internal flash configuration memory eliminates the external serial configuration device and the boot-up delay typical of SRAM-based FPGAs. This makes it a fit for applications where the FPGA must be operational immediately after power-up — industrial motor drives, automotive infotainment, and IoT edge nodes that need deterministic startup timing. The 246 I/O are in a 324-UBGA package (15x15 mm). The core supply range is 1.15 V to 1.25 V. Operating temperature is -40°C to 100°C.
