Precision 3.3 V reference for signal-chain bias
The LT6654AHS6-3.3#TRMPBF is a series voltage reference from Analog Devices that outputs a fixed 3.3 V with ±0.05% initial tolerance and a 10 ppm/°C temperature coefficient — tight enough to set the full-scale range of a 16-bit SAR ADC without external trimming. It accepts an input from 3.8 V to 36 V, sources up to 10 mA, and draws 600 µA quiescent supply current, so it can bias multiple precision converters or op-amps from a single unregulated rail.
Noise floor and temperature drift
The 10 ppm/°C drift over the -40°C to 125°C industrial range means the output shifts less than 1.3 mV across the full temperature span, keeping the ADC full-scale error within a fraction of an LSB.
Housed in a TSOT-23-6 (thin SOT-23) package, the part occupies roughly 9 mm² of board area and is suited for space-constrained designs like sensor modules or portable instrumentation.
Fully RoHS3 compliant, with no exemptions; the part is also available in cut-tape quantities for prototyping alongside the standard tape-and-reel production packaging.
