3V fixed reference with 9 ppm/°C drift — precision analog rail anchor
The ADR363BUJZ-REEL7 is a 3 V fixed-output series voltage reference from Analog Devices, part of the ADR36x family. Its 9 ppm/°C temperature coefficient and ±0.1% initial tolerance place it in the precision band for ADC reference, DAC biasing, or sensor excitation circuits where the reference drift directly sets the system accuracy ceiling.
TSOT-23-5 footprint — drop-in compatibility across the ADR36x family
Housed in a TSOT-23-5 (SOT-23-5 Thin) package, the ADR363BUJZ-REEL7 shares the same pinout and board footprint as the ADR366BUJZ-REEL7 (3.6 V output) and ADR365BUJZ-REEL7 (5 V output). A BOM change between these outputs requires no PCB revision — only the reference IC itself and the input voltage margin need checking. Input voltage range spans 3.3 V to 15 V, so the reference can run from a 5 V or 12 V rail without an additional LDO. The 5 mA maximum output current drives the reference input of most SAR ADCs directly; for a multi-channel simultaneous-sampling array, buffer each reference input if the total draw exceeds 5 mA.
