The ADE7854AACPZ is a 3-phase energy metering IC from Analog Devices, designed for polyphase revenue meters and power-quality monitors. Its 0.2% measurement error over the full input range meets the accuracy requirements for billing-grade Class 0.2 meters per IEC 62053-22. A single 2.8 V to 3.7 V supply rail powers the device, drawing 20 mA typical — low enough for line-powered metering designs that derive the supply from the voltage sensing path. The 400 kOhm input impedance minimises burden on external current transformers (CTs) or Rogowski coils, preserving phase accuracy across the dynamic range.
