Triple 3-input AND gate in 14-SOIC
The SN74ACT11DR is a triple 3-input AND gate from the 74ACT family, built for 5V logic systems where propagation delay matters. That 9.5ns sets the timing floor for combinatorial paths — if your data sheet shows a 10ns setup window, this gate clears it with margin. Supply range is 4.5V to 5.5V, which covers nominal 5V rails with ±10% tolerance. Input logic thresholds are 0.8V low and 2V high, compatible with standard 5V TTL and CMOS families. Output drive is symmetric at 24mA source and sink — enough to drive a handful of downstream gate inputs or a short PCB trace without a buffer.
The 14-SOIC package is a common footprint.
Quiescent current max is 2 µA — negligible for battery-powered or low-standby designs. The 24mA output drive at 5V means the gate can switch a 50pF load in 9.5ns; derate that delay as load capacitance increases, per the datasheet's typical curves.
