Housed in a 9-bump DSBGA (9-WFBGA), the LP5524TMX-5/NOPB measures just 1.2 mm × 1.2 mm nominal. The 0.5 mm pitch demands a controlled solder-paste stencil and a reflow profile matched to the lead-free alloy — a standard JEDEC profile for 0.5 mm pitch BGA works. Surface-mount assembly only; the tiny footprint saves board space but requires a clean PCB layout with short traces to the LED anodes to keep voltage drop low at 25 mA per channel.
It is ROHS3 compliant, free of the ten restricted substances under EU RoHS.
