Automotive-grade signal conditioning in a SOT-23-5
The rail-to-rail output stage allows the amplifier to swing within millivolts of the supply rails, preserving dynamic range. Supply span from 2.7 V to 36 V covers both low-voltage logic rails and automotive battery lines without an external regulator.
Supply-range flexibility and quiescent budget
Quiescent current is 310 µA per amplifier — low enough for always-on sense circuits in battery-backed modules, yet the 15 nA input bias current and 1 mV input offset voltage keep DC accuracy tight for resistive bridge or thermistor interfaces. Compared to the TS922IYPT (4 MHz GBW, 1.3 V/µs slew rate, dual channel), the TSB621IYLT trades bandwidth and channel count for lower quiescent draw and a smaller single-channel footprint. For designs that need only one amplifier and can live with 1.7 MHz, the TSB621IYLT saves board area and supply current.
ROHS3 compliant.
