USB 2.0 full-speed transceiver for industrial interfaces

The STUSB03EQR is a USB 2.0 half-duplex transceiver from STMicroelectronics, supporting the 12 Mbps full-speed data rate. The supply range of 4V to 5.5V allows direct operation from a standard 5V USB bus or a regulated 5V rail, with the receiver hysteresis of 100 mV providing noise immunity on the differential lines.

Supply rail and logic-level fit

The 4V minimum supply means the STUSB03EQR is not designed for 3.3V logic systems without level translation. If your microcontroller runs on 3.3V I/O, you will need a level shifter between the MCU and the transceiver's interface pins.
