60 V, 20 A per leg — the conduction loss trade-off
The STPS41L60CG-TR: 600 µA reverse leakage at 60 V is the other side of the Schottky bargain: the low Vf comes from a barrier height that also lets leakage climb with junction temperature. On a 48 V bus the margin is comfortable; on a 24 V rail the leakage drops significantly.
D2PAK common-cathode — one tab, one heatsink path
Both diodes share the exposed tab as the cathode common node, so the PCB copper pour under the D2PAK handles the thermal load from both legs. The TO-263-3 footprint is standard — the same land pattern serves the 30 V sibling STPS41L30CG-TR if a lower-voltage BOM revision comes up. Surface-mount in Tape & Reel packaging — the reel quantity suits medium-volume pick-and-place without a reel change.
Active, ROHS3 — no compliance surprises
The base product number is STPS41; the -TR suffix denotes Tape & Reel delivery.
