Active production, BOM-ready
The STM32L431VCT6: ROHS3 compliant, so it passes EU material restrictions without a waiver.
Cortex-M4 at 80 MHz — flash and SRAM budget
An ARM Cortex-M4 core clocked at 80 MHz gives the STM32L431VCT6 enough throughput for real-time control loops, sensor fusion, and protocol stacks without an external co-processor. 256 KB of on-chip flash and 64 KB of SRAM (organized as 64K x 8) define the firmware and data buffer ceiling — enough for a moderate application stack plus a real-time operating system.
Connectivity and analog I/O
On the analog side, 16 multiplexed 12-bit ADC channels and two 12-bit DAC channels handle sensor acquisition and control-voltage outputs without external converters. 83 general-purpose I/O lines in the 100-LQFP package give ample headroom for parallel displays, keypads, and memory-mapped peripherals.
Housed in a 100-LQFP (14x14 mm) with 0.5 mm pitch — a standard fine-pitch QFP that routes on a 4-layer board without micro-vias.
