Cortex-M0+ at 64 MHz — flash budget and peripheral fit
The STM32G030K8T6 is an STMicroelectronics ARM Cortex-M0+ 32-bit MCU from the STM32G0 series, clocked at 64 MHz. With 64 KB of on-chip flash and 8 KB of SRAM, it targets cost-sensitive control applications where the code footprint fits within that flash ceiling and the RAM covers modest data buffers or a small RTOS heap. The 30 general-purpose I/O lines in a 32-LQFP package (7x7 mm) give enough pins for a sensor cluster, a small HMI keypad, or a motor-control interface without wasting board space on a larger QFP.
