Active-lifecycle MCU with 216 MHz Cortex-M7 throughput
The STM32F746IET6 is an active-production ARM Cortex-M7 microcontroller from the STM32F7 series, rated for 216 MHz operation — the core's single-cycle multiply-accumulate and double-precision FPU keep the throughput ceiling high enough for real-time signal processing, motor-control loops, or GUI rendering without an external DSP.
Connectivity and peripheral set for system-level integration
The part integrates Ethernet MAC, two CAN interfaces, USB OTG (host/device), multiple SPI and I²C buses, SAI for audio, SPDIF-Rx, and an LCD parallel interface — enough wired connectivity to serve as the central controller in an industrial gateway, a human-machine interface panel, or a networked sensor hub. With 140 general-purpose I/O and a 24-channel 12-bit ADC plus a 2-channel 12-bit DAC, the device can handle mixed-signal front-ends and parallel buses without external port expanders or separate ADCs.
