4 Mbit SPI EEPROM in a wafer-level CSP
The M95M04-DRCS6TPVF is a 4 Mbit serial EEPROM organized as 512K x 8 bits, accessed over an SPI bus at up to 10 MHz. The 8-ball WLCSP (2.81 x 1.86 mm) is the smallest footprint in this density class — the die is the package. That saves board area but demands a controlled SMT process: the 0.50 mm ball pitch needs a solder-mask-defined pad and a stencil aperture sized to avoid bridging.
