20 MHz SPI clock and 4 ms write cycle
The 20 MHz SPI clock rate supports fast read and write operations for parameter updates during ECU boot or sensor calibration routines. The write cycle time of 4 ms per word or page sets the latency for non-volatile storage — useful for applications that log fault codes or trim values at key-off.
