The STMicroelectronics M24C02-WDW6T is a 2 Kbit serial EEPROM with an I²C interface, organized as 256 x 8 bits. It provides non-volatile storage for parameter calibration, device configuration, or small data logs in embedded systems. The 900 ns access time and 400 kHz clock rate are typical for this density class — adequate for byte-level reads during initialization or infrequent writes, but not a high-speed streaming buffer.
Housed in an 8-TSSOP (4.40 mm width) surface-mount package, the M24C02-WDW6T uses a compact footprint suited for dense PCB layouts. The Tape & Reel and Cut Tape options align with both prototype builds and volume pick-and-place runs.
