Sensor fusion in a 3x3 mm footprint
This is a 6-axis iNEMO inertial module combining a 3D accelerometer, 3D gyroscope, and a temperature sensor in a single 16-LGA package measuring 3x3 mm. The accelerometer and gyroscope share a common die, which simplifies the mechanical alignment for sensor-fusion algorithms — the cross-axis misalignment between the two sensors is factory-calibrated and stored on-chip. Output is available over either I²C or SPI, giving the system architect flexibility to share a bus with other peripherals or dedicate a high-speed serial line for raw data streaming.
