AEC-Q100 qualified dual op-amp for automotive signal chains
The 1.1 MHz gain-bandwidth product and 0.6 V/µs slew rate are adequate for sensor conditioning, actuator drive, and low-speed filtering in 12 V and 24 V vehicle electrical systems. Supply span from 3 V to 30 V allows direct rail connection in both 5 V logic and 24 V truck/industrial buses without an extra regulator. Each of the two channels draws 700 µA supply current, keeping the total quiescent load under 1.4 mA — a practical fit for always-on ECU modules where standby budget is tight.
