The 200 V reverse voltage provides a comfortable derating margin on a 110/220 VAC input PFC boost stage (bus voltage typically 400 VDC — in that application a 600 V diode is needed, not this part). The 10 A average forward current suits continuous conduction mode rectifiers in the 150–300 W output range. Forward voltage is 1.15 V at 15 A, so thermal design should budget roughly 11.5 W peak dissipation; the full-pack junction-to-case thermal path relies on good contact to a heatsink. Reverse leakage is rated 10 µA at 200 V, fine for most industrial environments, but the junction temperature maxes at 150 °C — derate current above 100 °C case temperature.
