Automotive-grade adjustable LDO for sensor and MCU rails
The BD00GC0MEFJ-ME2 is an adjustable positive LDO regulator from ROHM's Automotive AEC-Q100 series, delivering up to 1A continuous output. Input voltage range extends to 14V max, with an adjustable output from 1.5V up to 13V set by external resistors. The 8-HTSOP-J package with exposed pad helps pull heat into the PCB copper plane.
Protection and control for harsh environments
Built-in protection covers over-current, over-temperature, and soft-start — no external watchdog needed. An Enable pin allows the regulator to be gated by an ECU sleep signal. Quiescent current is 0.6 mA typical, rising to 1.2 mA max at full load. The dropout voltage is 1.2V max at 1A, so a 5V rail needs at least 6.2V input to stay in regulation.
Active production with AEC-Q100 traceability
Status is Active per ROHM's product lifecycle. The part is ROHS3 compliant.
