Quad op-amp for automotive and industrial signal chains
The ROHM BA2902YF-CE2 is a quad-channel general-purpose operational amplifier qualified to AEC-Q100, meaning it carries the reliability screening required for automotive electronics — under-hood, cabin, or chassis-domain. Each of the four amplifiers delivers a 500 kHz gain-bandwidth product and a 0.2 V/µs slew rate, which is enough bandwidth for sensor filtering, actuator drive loops, and level translation in 12 V and 24 V vehicle buses.
The 500 kHz GBW and 0.2 V/µs slew rate set the practical signal bandwidth at roughly 30 kHz to 40 kHz for a closed-loop gain of 10 to 20 — fine for conditioning thermocouple outputs, pressure-sensor bridges, or PWM feedback filters. The 2 mV input offset voltage (max) and 20 nA input bias current keep DC errors low enough for most automotive sensor interfaces without a trim pot. The 700 µA supply current per amplifier (2.8 mA total for all four) makes it viable for always-on modules that stay powered during key-off.
