PhotoMOS AQY212GSX — solid-state relay for signal-level switching
The Panasonic AQY212GSX is a PhotoMOS™ AQY series solid-state relay in a 4-SOP surface-mount package with gull-wing terminals. It switches AC or DC loads up to 1 A continuous at 0-60 V, with a maximum on-state resistance of 700 mOhms. The input side is driven by a 1.32 VDC LED — typical for PhotoMOS parts — so the relay activates at logic-level voltages without an external series resistor for low-voltage rails.
Package and board-fit for 4-SOP layout
Housed in a 4-SOP (0.173", 4.40 mm body width) surface-mount package with gull-wing leads.
