PhotoMOS AQY series — SPST-NO, 1.25 A, 60 V
The AQY212G2SZ is a Panasonic PhotoMOS™ AQY series solid-state relay in a 4-SOP surface-mount package. It switches AC or DC loads up to 1.25 A continuous at 0–60 V, with a normally-open (SPST-NO, 1 Form A) output. On-state resistance maxes at 500 mOhms — the resistive drop at 1.25 A is about 625 mW, which the 4-SOP package dissipates without derating at room ambient.
Package and board-fit
Housed in a 4-SOP (0.173", 4.40 mm body width) with Gull Wing terminals — the same footprint as standard SOP-4 photocouplers. The supplier device package is also listed as 4-SOP, so the land pattern is consistent across the AQY212 family. Supplied in Tape & Reel (TR) or Cut Tape (CT) — the reel quantity suits automated pick-and-place for medium-to-high volume builds.
