PhotoMOS relay for high-voltage signal switching
The AQY206GVY is a PhotoMOS™ AQY series solid-state relay from Panasonic Electric Works, configured as SPST-NO (1 Form A) and rated for AC or DC load switching up to 150 mA continuous current. Its load voltage range spans 0 V to 600 V, making it suited for isolating and switching high-voltage signals in test equipment, industrial I/O, and battery-management systems where galvanic isolation is needed without the wear of a mechanical relay.

The on-state resistance is 15 Ohms max, which means the voltage drop across the output at full load is about 2.25 V, well within the headroom for most signal-level circuits.
