The AQH2223AZ: Rated for 900 mA continuous AC load current across a 0 V to 600 V range — this covers driving small solenoids, valves, and fractional-horsepower motors in industrial control panels where the load voltage can vary widely. The SPST-NO (1 Form A) circuit gives a simple on/off path; the 1.21 VDC input threshold lets it switch directly from 1.8 V logic outputs without a level shifter.
Surface-mount package — reflow-ready
Housed in an 8-SMD package with 0.300-inch (7.62 mm) body width and gull-wing leads, it follows standard reflow profiles — no hand-solder rework step needed for the kitting line. Tape & Reel packaging (Cut Tape also available) means it feeds directly into pick-and-place equipment without a reel change.
