Zero-cross SSR in an 8-DIP through-hole package
The Panasonic AQH0213 is a solid-state signal relay from the AQ-H series, switching AC loads up to 300 mA across 0 V to 600 V using a zero-cross output topology. Zero-cross turn-on means the relay engages only near the AC voltage zero crossing, reducing inrush current and EMI — particularly useful when switching capacitive or resistive loads in a control panel.
The 600 V load voltage rating gives headroom for 277 VAC line-to-neutral or 480 VAC line-to-line switching in industrial signal isolation applications.
The base product number AQH021 covers the family; the trailing '3' in AQH0213 denotes the tube packaging option.
