The FODM8801B is a single-channel transistor-output optocoupler from onsemi's OptoHit™ family, providing 3750Vrms galvanic isolation in a compact 4-Mini-Flat surface-mount package.

The current transfer ratio is binned 130% to 260% at a forward current of 1 mA. This tight spread means the designer can set the LED drive current once and expect the output transistor to saturate across temperature and lot variation without re-tuning the bias resistor.
