80 MHz Cortex-M4F with 256 KB Flash — S32K body-control MCU
The FS32K142HAT0MLHT is an NXP S32K-series ARM Cortex-M4F microcontroller clocked at 80 MHz with 256 KB of program Flash and 32 KB of SRAM. The single-precision FPU accelerates sensor-fusion and control loops without a separate DSP. On-chip EEPROM (4K x 8) stores calibration constants and fault logs without external serial memory.
Automotive temperature grade and 64-LQFP package
The 64-LQFP (10x10 mm) with 0.50 mm pitch requires a 4-layer PCB for full fan-out; two-layer boards break out only the outer rows. 58 general-purpose I/O and connectivity including CANbus, FlexIO, I²C, LINbus, SPI, and UART/USART cover the typical peripheral set for body-control modules, gateway nodes, and motor-drive interfaces.
