15 ns propagation delay — 22V10 glue logic in a TSSOP
The ATF22V10CZ-15XC is an electrically-erasable programmable logic device from Microchip's 22V10 family, offering 10 macrocells and a 15 ns pin-to-pin propagation delay. It operates from a 5V supply and is housed in a 24-TSSOP surface-mount package — a compact footprint for board-level address decoding, state-machine sequencing, or bus-interface logic where the 15 ns speed grade meets the timing budget.
10 macrocells — logic capacity check
Ten macrocells, each configurable as registered or combinatorial output, give this PLD roughly 200–300 gate-equivalent usable logic. That is enough for a small address decoder, a simple state machine, or a handful of registered functions — but not for anything approaching a CPLD or FPGA density. The 15 ns speed means the registered outputs can clock at around 66 MHz in a typical 5V system, assuming the external feedback path does not add more than a few ns of board delay.

24-TSSOP footprint — board-level fit
The 24-TSSOP package (0.173" body width, 4.40 mm) is a surface-mount footprint with 0.65 mm pin pitch. It is the same mechanical outline used across the 22V10 TSSOP variants, so a replacement from another vendor with the same package code should fit the existing PCB land pattern — but the programming algorithm and Jedec file are vendor-specific, so the replacement must be functionally verified before the board spins.
