20 ns EE PLD in a 24-TSSOP footprint
The Microchip ATF22V10CQZ-20XC is a 22V10-architecture EE PLD with a 20 ns propagation delay and 10 macrocells.
Speed and logic capacity
The 20 ns propagation delay sets the timing budget for registered and combinatorial paths. For a registered output, the clock-to-output time plus the 20 ns tpd determines the maximum clock frequency the device can sustain in a synchronous design. The 10 macrocells each contain a flip-flop and feedback path, giving 10 registered outputs plus dedicated combinatorial outputs on the same pinout.
5V rail and legacy system fit
The 5V supply rail means this PLD belongs in legacy 5V logic systems or mixed-voltage boards where the I/O bank is 5V-tolerant. The EE programmable cell retains the configuration without a battery and supports in-system reprogramming through a 4-pin JTAG-like interface.
Microchip no longer manufactures this specific variant, so new production is not available.
