The Microchip ATF22V10CQ-15SI is an electrically erasable (EE) programmable logic device from the 22V10 family, offering 10 macrocells with a 15 ns propagation delay. It operates on a 5V supply and comes in a 24-SOIC (0.295", 7.50mm width) surface-mount package. Typical applications include address decoding, bus interface logic, and state-machine control in industrial and telecom boards where the 15 ns speed provides comfortable timing margin against 50–100 MHz bus cycles.
EE PLD reprogrammability and 10 macrocells
The EE PLD programmable type allows in-system or off-board reprogramming, useful during prototyping or firmware updates. The 10 macrocells support up to 10 registered or combinatorial outputs, configurable as D-type flip-flops with programmable polarity — adequate for medium-density glue logic without migrating to a larger CPLD.
