The Microchip AT25010B-MAHL-E is a 1Kbit serial EEPROM organized as 128 x 8 bits, accessed through an SPI interface running up to 20 MHz. The 900 ns access time is the first-read latency after a new address is clocked in; subsequent reads in a burst run at the 20 MHz rate.

The wide supply range means this part can be dropped into a 3.3V or 5V legacy bus without a level translator, and also works in 1.8V low-power designs. The SPI inputs are CMOS/TTL-compatible across the range, so no pull-up or voltage-divider is needed when mixing supply domains — just match VCC to the bus voltage. At 1.8V the 20 MHz clock still holds, though the output drive is weaker; keep the SPI trace length under a few inches at that voltage.

Industrial temperature grade and 8-UDFN package

The 8-UDFN package with exposed pad measures 2x3 mm — a tight footprint for space-constrained PCBs. The pad also gives mechanical stability for the small package during reflow.
