The Microchip AGL600V5-FGG144I is an IGLOO-series FPGA packing 600000 gates and 13824 logic cells in a 144-ball FBGA. That gate count lands it in the mid-density sweet spot for glue logic aggregation, display bridging, or sensor fusion — enough headroom for a modest RISC-V soft core plus peripheral logic without stepping up to a larger package. The 97 user I/Os come in a 0.80 mm pitch FBGA — fan-out on a two-layer board is tight; budget a four-layer stack if you plan to use more than 60 I/Os. The 1.425 V core rail is shared with the ProASIC3 family, so if you already have that rail on the board, this part drops in without a new regulator.
Industrial temp range and on-chip memory
The 110592 bits of total block RAM give you about 13.5 KB of on-chip storage for line buffers, FIFOs, or coefficient tables; for larger frame buffers you will need external SRAM or SDRAM.
Active lifecycle — no LTB worry
