The Microchip 93LC46A-I/P is a 1Kbit serial EEPROM with a Microwire interface, organized as 128 x 8 bits. The 2 MHz clock rate supports fast read and write operations for calibration data, configuration tables, or small parameter logs in industrial controllers, telecom modules, and embedded systems.
