128-bit I²C EEPROM for serial ID and calibration data
The Microchip 24LC00/SN is a 128-bit serial EEPROM organised as 16 x 8 bits, accessed over an I²C bus running up to 400 kHz. 128 bits is a single 16-byte page — enough for a serial number, calibration constant, or configuration byte. The 3.5 µs access time and 4 ms write cycle are typical for this density class.
Board-fit and temperature grade
The commercial temperature range (0°C to +70°C) covers indoor, office, and most appliance environments.
