32 MHz Cortex-M0 with industrial temperature range
The Infineon XMC1202T028X0064ABXUMA1 is a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0 MCU from the XMC1000 series, clocked at 32 MHz. It packs 64 KB of Flash and 16K x 8 of RAM in a 28-TSSOP package, with 20 I/O lines and a 1.8 V to 5.5 V supply range. The -40°C to 105°C operating temperature makes it a fit for motor drives, outdoor telecom, and factory automation — environments where commercial-grade parts won't hold up. On-chip peripherals include brown-out detect, POR, PWM, WDT, and a 14-channel 12-bit ADC, plus I²C, LINbus, SPI, and UART/USART connectivity.
Active lifecycle — no obsolescence risk
This part carries an Active lifecycle status, so there's no last-time-buy or end-of-life pressure.
